Sames Kia “Drive Into the World Cup” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sames Kia (“Sponsor”), located at [Dealer Address].
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on June 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
Test Drive. No Purchase Necessary Entry (Free Method):
Visit Sames Kia during the Sweepstakes Period and Test Drive any of the KIA models available in our showroom
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
5. Prize Details
A total of sixteen (16) winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive:
- Two (2) tickets to one match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 hosted in Texas (Dallas or Houston)
A total of 32 tickets will be awarded across the following matches:
Dallas Matches:
- June 14, 2026 – Match #11: Japan vs Netherlands (4 tickets total)
- June 17, 2026 – Match #22: England vs Croatia (4 tickets total)
- June 25, 2026 – Match #57: Japan vs Sweden (4 tickets total)
- June 27, 2026 – Match #70: Argentina vs Jordan (4 tickets total)
Houston Matches:
- June 14, 2026 – Match #10: Germany vs Curacao (4 tickets total)
- June 17, 2026 – Match #23: Portugal vs Congo (4 tickets total)
- June 23, 2026 – Match #47: Portugal vs Uzbekistan (4 tickets total)
- June 26, 2026 – Match #65: Cabo Verde vs Saudi Arabia (4 tickets total)
Each match corresponds to two (2) winners, with each winner receiving two (2) tickets.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $900 – $1,400 per prize (depending on match)
- Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $19,400
Important:
- Winners will be randomly assigned to a specific match.
- Match selection is not guaranteed and cannot be requested.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 6, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules
- Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
10. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
